Sparks12: So i had 2 kids with my visa, reapplied last year and was refused, went ahead to contact the hospitals to refund all the outstanding discounts given. Also applied to the UK Embassy and i was declined too, someone informed me that they contacted the American Embassy to know the reason for the rejected visa and that led to the UK refusal. I have paid all outstanding discounted bill, not sure if i should go back to the American Embassy or British. I work, i honestly have no intentions of overstaying my visa or having another child. Just want to go for summer with the family Sorry about your Visa refusals, it's quite strange that uk will refuse an application based on a refusal from another country in another continent. Except you didn't indicate your US Visa refusal in your application form. I successfully renewed mine last month despite 3 US refusal and 2 Canadian refusals all of which I sated with the reasons. Like lami88 stated, uk visa is straight forward, and comes with a detailed letter of reasons for refusal. You need to address the reason for refusal and reapply. All the best in your decision. 2 Likes |

Assuming your visas we're renewed for tourism, what would you say you're doing in the US with a "heavy'' wife at the point of entry? (Be mindful of the first visit). 2 Likes |

Getting visa for the sole purpose of gving birth in USA in no longer an option. Since you have paid for the visa I would advise you attend the interview and tell them you want to use it for vacation. Allow your wife to give birth in Naija and you guys can visit later for vacation. 4 Likes |

Birth Tourism is legal as well as Citizenship by Birth. Applying for a tourist Visa for the express purpose of delivering in the US is not possible unless it is a medical Visa. 4 Likes |

Now, same person will pay the 10k discount under Buhari when Dollar is N360 Nobi small thing ooh. For us, we got discount at Houston North West, because of the high rate of denials based on discount received, we didn't bother going to renew our USA visa when my wife got pregnant again. We Jejely went to apply for Canadian visa, gave birth to out baby in Canada in ending of last year, paid ALL our bills and we are back to Nigeria. Our accounting books where Houston North West discount appeared have long been closed and we have moved on. How do you give me discount cos I am a cash paying patient, then because Trump does not like my skin colour, I will go and pay a discount I LEGALLY received because of US Visa? Never ooh. There are too many countries to travel to that I can't be bothered with US Visa. Una well done sha 20 Likes |

It’s aid coined as self pay discount . What evidence do you have to back up this claim. Even labcorp gave me discount when i went for lab test, the moment i told them i was paying cash. I paid 130 dollars as against 170 dollars. Thats 50 dollars discount. So are you saying they charged back the 50 dollars to the govt? 5 Likes |
