According to a facebook user who as been identified as Chidi Smart Jeopardy, shared on his facebook a photo of an unknown man who slumped and died in Rivers State.

The problem is not the man who died but the Police officers who came over the crime scene and made mass arrest, got away with properties without taking out the deseased body.
