Embattled billionaire business and Chairman of Innoson Motors, Innocent Chukwuma, has been dragged to court by anti-graft agency, EFCC, who filed fraud charges against him. Also dragged into the lawsuit is Mr. Chukwuma’s brother, Charles. The four-count charge against Mr. Chukwuma who was arrested last week and released a day later, is dated November 30, and filed at the High Court of Lagos State, Ikeja Division. https://www.ireporteronline.com/efcc-files-fraud-charges-innoson-motors-innocent-chukwuma/

filling fraud charges after court ruling onnl that decision, it's obvious EFCC is playing against justice here... GTB should pay innoson his 8bn... simple the court has ruled on that and concluded that case even after analysing the evidences made avaialble, for GTB to bring out another foolish low at this late hour means they are doing all they can to hook off the case.. but they will get another slam from supreme court soon. 1 Like |

Let EFCC and GTB present the evidence to the court and let the court determine the case. Nigeria is not a banana republic where a bunch of corrupt illiterate Police men acting as EFCC will connive with a bank to intimidate a citizen. Let them prove their case in a law court and everyone will be happy This is how they turn from corruption fighting into witch hunting innocent citizens. Meanwhile, folks should go to the nearest GTB branch and fill out a form to transfer out all your money now before it's too late. Before this is over, GTB will become a distressed bank and if your money is still trapped there, well, its your luck for refusing to transfer it when you had the liberty to do so. 1 Like |
