You are brave, you are resilient, you are savvy, you are entrepreneurial unlike generation that have come before, you are much hungrier for success. You call your ambition, “your hustle”, and you have several of them because you are tireless and eager to achieve financial independence- no matter how elusive it appears, you are optimistic but you are also anxious. You have seen others toil long and hard for economic security in vain, decades of labour without fruits. Some of your friends may have discussed emigrating with you – legally or illegally and some may have lost young lives crossing the Mediterranean in search of a future overseas where their talents are recognised and rewarded, you hear about our brothers in Libya, unsuspected victim of the ugly acts of slave trade, still in quest for survival but you don’t want to be in that position.‎

However, if there is anyone with the power to transform our continent, reshape our economic and social trajectory, it is “YOU”. There is formidable power in your intellect and creativity, your talent and ingenuity are rare, and your resolve and determination against all odds can drive great change, My fellow youth ‘’ARISE”, we don’t need to get involve in things that will either mar or kill us. What we desperately need is a continent –wide awakening. We must grow to become active citizens who are committed to getting involved in our growth. The system is not self- correcting, there are no market forces that play to ensure that it corrects itself. It will require human actors, “Me and You” to identify and dismantle the structural impediments that fuel the status quo of bad leadership.

Finally my fellow youth, I appeal to you, though this task seems hard but it is entirely doable and we must begin this journey. Let us arise to this change and begin to be part of our corporate social responsibilities as youths of this great nation.

In this Star Edition, (6th Edition) we have the honour to introduce to you our cover girl in the person of Tokunbor idowu, popularly known as TBOSS, one of the housemate at the Big brother Naija 2017 reality show, who came out strong in a second runner position despite all effort to Evict her remain firm and strong-willed. Though she may not have won the 25million, but she gained more than the money, the firm as the most popular housemate has given her more opportunities and Endorsements. We see Tboss as a huge inspiration having scaled through several nominations yet, got to the top.

In an Exclusive interview with Vivian lam, Tboss revealed what her life has been like after Big brother, her life aspirations and lots more. She is an entrepreneur, an Actress and a model.
Also, in this star issue, we serve our readers with the Exclusive profile of one of the popular politician in Nigeria, representing Lagos East at the upper chamber, of the national assembly. Senator gbenga Ashafa from Lagos state and a Senator of the federal Republic of Nigeria.

Finally, this piece will not be complete without acknowledging the people that contributes Immensely towards the success of this magazine so far, God first, The Glamour team, sponsors, partners, Readers and everyone who have played role in our success story, we remain entirely grateful. We assure you of great contents, quality standard and all you need to make your lives more glamourous.
Pls enjoy!
Thanks and God Bless. VIVIAN LAM PUBLISHER.‎

This magazine needs an editor.

Imagine, even on the Cover Page, they couldn't spell 'SUPER' correctly

Further reading of the magazine shows that it needs to be scrapped....in their write-up about Wizkid and Davido, they refer to both artistes as 'rappers'....

Who is the clown responsible for such a shoddy job?
