It is called business sense There are some people that just want to sell to survive and once they have just enough to survive for the day, the lose the steam till the next day Those kinds of people are rude or just indifferent to customers. They are the group of "it is 3k, if you can't afford it go to the next shop". There are others that are eyeing daily turnover and looking towards enlarging their customer base.
