A manufacturing company in Lagos requires the services of an Assistant Human Resources Manager.

The candidates must possess:

FIRST DEGREE in Social Sciences
SECOND DEGREE or MBA

Professional Qualification: CIPM Membership

Must have worked in a MANUFACTURING company.

He/she must also be able to
- implement HR policies.
- Implement HR Process such as Performance management, HR Development, Planning and selection activities
- Contribute to reword related processes (salary review).
- Support organizational change plan for all employee relation issues.
- Payroll issues
- Insurance claims/workman compensation processes.
- Staff welfare activities.
- Knowledgeable with Nig Labour Laws.
