Rivers State police command has confirmed the killings of Some 15 Christians in Omoku, Ogba Egbema Ndoni local government area on Monday. The victims who are members of the Lord's Chosen Charismatic Church were on their way back from pass over night church service. The incident happened around 1am on Monday being 1st January 2018, when unknown gun men suspected to be cultist opened fire on the church innocent members returning from the pass over night church service. Eye witness claims 15 persons including children have been confirmed dead while over 20 persons are in the hospital receiving treatment. May their souls rest in peace.
