I’m currently recruiting Call Center Consultants for my client, a leading Commercial Bank...

This role entails;
Answering incoming calls from customers and handling customer inquiries telephonically,
Research required information using available resources
Manage and resolve complaints
Identify and escalate priority issues
Route calls to appropriate resource
Follow up customer calls where necessary
Document all call information according to standard operating procedures
Complete call logs and produce call reports

Education and Experience
• HND or BSC(Minimum of 2nd class Lower)
• at least one (1) year experience in a call center or customer service environment
• knowledge of call center telephony and technology
• proficient in relevant computer applications
