shaddoww: So is there any organization where power is not top priority? Maybe you didn't comprehend the report, the project is not about street lights on campus but powering the entire institution via solar. How will you say the school will not take ownership of its maintainence? Have you forgotten the schools are owned by FG. This reasoning of faulting everything the government does or intends to do isn't healthy for us as a nation. |
