The All Progressives Congress (APC) described the People’s Democratic Party (PDP) as dead and not capable of capturing Lagos in 2019. The Assistant Publicity Secretary of the APC in the state, Mr Abiodun Salami, said on Wednesday in Lagos it was laughable, the bluff of PDP.
