Summary of Job Description

We are set to hit the market with an All - in - One SMEs Digital Toolkit that comes with Accounting, Inventory, Business Intelligence, Geo mapping System & Ecommerce functionalities. Your TOR as IT Support shall include helping these SMEs to set up their account (i.e, the Front - End which is the Ecommerce site as well as the back offices where you have the Accounting, Inventory systems etc). The role include on-site & remote training, data entry support etc.

N.B, our ideal candidate must be Tech Savvy, posses leadership qualities, excellent communication, presentation skills, problem solving skills, confidential, polite, Attention to details etc.
