They know that Buhari is not their problem. It is a misconception to suppose that all the people cheering the President are from the North. Let us not forget that the Mr. Buhari recently enjoyed huge welcome in Ebonyi State.

Igbo will rule Nigeria-Amaechi reveals

First Republic Aviation Minister, Chief Mbazuluike Amaechi, has assured that the Igbo will get their turn to lead Nigeria.

He said this in reaction to politics ahead of the 2019 election as well the clamour for Igbo presidency.

Amaechi also admitted that President Buhari has the constitutional right to go for a second term.

The elder statesman further agreed that the People’s Democratic Party (PDP) should field a northern candidate next year.

In a chat with Sun, Amaechi appealed to the South-East region to excercise patience, adding that there will come a time all leading political parties in Nigeria will present Igbo presidential candidates.

It is possible those people were planted by aides. If Buhari wants to truly understand how the public perceive him, he should go to Lagos.

What has the president done about the so called case of hoarding?

I'm sure you found it convenient to blame Jonathan for the country's woes but have been hypnotised not to see anything wrong with Mr Buhari...Mtchwwwww angry

Buhari is looking for a lasting solution to the problem.

Also, he directed regulators to mount surveillance to ensure that there were no hoarding and/or illegitimate diversions of products and price inflation.

You can check the link below:

Speaking last week in Abuja recently, Head, Public Affairs Unit of the Abuja office of the DPR, Mr. Mohammed Saidu, stated that from its inspection, a number of petrol stations were found to be engaged in sharp practices and were sanctioned.

He said the petrol stations, mostly in Abuja, were found to have diverted petrol supplied to them by the Petroleum Products Marketing Company, PPMC, the downstream subsidiary of the NNPC, for sale to the public.

Specifically, he explained that shortly after the DPR concluded its recent round of inspections on petrol stations in Abuja and its environs, about 129,000 litres of petrol were found to have been diverted by marketers within Abuja region, while a combined fine of N30.5 million were levied on three of such stations to be paid into the Treasury Single Account, TSA, of the Federal Government.

But during the subsidy scandal of the past regime, marketers or importers were not blamed alone. The government took the brunt as being corrupt and inept. How come this template has changed when things go awry today. The big question mockers of the last regime asked. Where is the President. The buck stops at his desk. Can anyone be bigger than government. Then after election we oft heard a new sheriff in town, etc. What has happened. Are marketers now bigger than government....why can't the same cane used in beating the first wife be used again to get value out of this government. Abeg go siddon.

If this was GEJ driving through the streets of Portharcourt with people on the queue hailing him, be truthful will you have this excuse locked and loaded. This is the problem of Nigeria, not corruption or maladministration, the people and their sentimentalism and parochialism. A deceitful people can never build a quality nation.

forget that thing, was it not in the west, Lagos to be precise where the vice president went to a filling station and instead of the struggling masses to lunch him, they were taking selfies with him and hailing him. Nigeria is just a nation of serfs and scourgers.

Welcome back ... and regards to the legend - his ninth is indeed a classic for all ages. A pinnacle of western civilisation, imo. A heavenly gift to humanity.

@Topic: No surprises. He's always had them in his pocket since '03. The game changer for the sectarian, however, was in '15 when two other zones fell in his column.

So be he pathetic, incompetent or not, his ride-or-die-folks-since-03 stand with him. And those who just joined the herd in '15 shouldn't disturb his hypnotized followers.
