Specs neededed:-1 GB Ram,2,500 Plus mAH,Sharp camera
Student and a little bit of internet use.

With reference to your picks (Battery, good camera, 15-25k and Naija known brand), I'll fully suggest the Tecno WX3(P). It ticks all boxes and comes at the right price. Here is a rundown of basic specifications;
