Dude if a Capt doesn't stay with the noncommissioned officers under him during an attack, they'll probably all desert. You know those Kanuri boys have RPGs and sniper rifles right? They may have gotten him from a great distance, or he was probably just caught during the crossfire by a stray bullet. May even have been friendly fire, its been known to happen
