The problem of the world have been attributed to the sin of Adam and Eve in the garden of Eden.

It is so sad that there was no Jesus Christ the advocate to stand in defense of Adam and Eve when charged and cursed for their disobedience.

A careful review of the matter seem to exonerate Adam and Eve.

As told by the Bible, Adam and Eve were forbidden from eating of the fruit of the knowledge of Good and Evil. In fact, they walked naked without realizing it was a bad thing to do.

The fruit of the knowledge Good and Evil that stood in the middle of the garden was the fruit of Conscience. It gives men the ability to tell if an act or decision is good or bad. Without it, Men would do things at random both good and evil without knowing if what they did was evil or good.

That was the special state of man. He walked naked without knowing it was evil. He only clothed himself after tasting the fruit of knowledge that made him realize walking naked is bad.

So in defense of Adam and Eve, since they could not tell what was good or bad, they couldn't have known disobedience to be a bad thing.

Adam and Eve, were innocent of the charge because God created them without the ability to know between good and evil. They didnt know it was bad to disobey God.
