Buhari May Lose My Support because Of Herdsmen Attack by Nobody: 4:05pm On Jan 07, 2018
I am a well known Buhari supporter in this forum.

But I am beginning to get angry with him due to his deliberate silence on Fulani herdsmen attack and murder.

Though I have always forgiven his element of nepotism and bigotry because I believe in his fiscal responsibility, but his silence on killing of innocent lives over cattle and farmland is an elastic limit for me.

he needs to address this issue before he lost all the support he has in the south from Non politician like me who has no interest in selfish political gain but supported him because we believe his fiscal responsibility relative to past adminstration is much better.

We can not trade human lives of citizens for politics.

I may be a nobody, but I believe I am speaking the mind of many of his southern supporters. He need to act fast before he lose our support.

we don't believe he can resolve it with a magic wand. But his body language and silence is adding fuel to the fire.

1. He didn't go to school to acquire academic knowledge.

2. He was not involved in any business to gain entrepreneurship knowledge - he was only a farmer with 150 cows that never increased.

3. He never travelled to anywhere to expose himself to the outside world.

4. He never socialised. He restricted himself to his old military friends in Daura and Kaduna.

5. He never wrote any book.

6. In terms of news, he was only listening to BBC Hausa Service.

7. Most importantly, he did not attend Council of State meetings except in 2015 when postponement of election was going to be discussed.

8. During electioneering campaign:
a. He called his Running Mate
OSUNBADE instead of OSINBAJO

b. He said IBO State instead of IMO State

c. He called INEC Independent Nigerian Electoral Commission instead of Independent National Electoral Commission

d. He called his own party All Progressives Confidence instead of All Progressives Congress

Yet, you voted for him and made him president.

Even when all these were brought to your attention, you simply responded by chanting SAI BABA and SAI BUHARI.

Now that the whole country is upside down, with killings, sufferings and loss of millions of jobs everywhere, shame will still not let you admit that you acted foolishly by voting a FAILURE called Buhari as President.

So you expected a man who FAILED when he had absolute powers as a Military ruler to succeed in a democracy abi?

We were blinded by those sycophants who blew his integrity status beyond proportions.

His near hermit life style devoid of opulence endeared him to us.

Those sycophants have entrenched themselves around him and the values we thought he stood for and on which premise he sought our votes is being gradually eroded even in our very eyes.

That's the disadvantage of democracy. Here, when fools are more in number,a fool will emerge as the leader of the wise.

How could u have found it convenient to forgive his blatant nepotism and bigotry? The herdsmen menace is an offshoot of that which u were willing to overlook for some fiscal bs

I laugh in Chinese. So you want Buhari to send the Nigerian Army after his own people just like he did with IPOB? How do you think someone like Buhari will do that? He was defending his herdsmen brothers even when he was not president.

Buhari has no problems sending the Soldiers after IPOB because IPOB are not his people. But he will never send the Army after his own fellow Fulani, not now or ever.

Thats the Nigeria we live in, different rules for different people. IPOB never even killed anyone or took up arms, but the python came to dance.

Herdsmen are slaughtering people everyfay, the pythonhas suddenly disappeared.

I think you Nigerians had better get used to herdsmen killings, it is all part of "one Nigeria"

Lol

☹Uhmmmmm☹
#As received:
1. Initially, what we were told was that these are not Herdsmen

2. Then we were told that they’re militias from Nigér Republic

3. Then later we were told that actually they are Herdsmen, but they were provoked

4. Then we were told that their cows were stolen

5. Then we were told that it was actually Benue youths doing the killings

6. Then the Herdsmen boasted that they’re the ones doing the killings, and said it was because of the grazing laws

7. Then they gave conditions for peace, otherwise they’ll continue slaughtering and massacring people including men and women and children and pregnant women with their unborn babies

8. Then the IG of Police said that it’s just small communal clashes and misunderstanding

9. Then the presidency blamed Atiku

10. Then later the same presidency blamed Jonathan

11. Now: “The number of people killed by Herdsmen under Jonathan are more than the number of people killed by the Herdsmen under Buhari, so why are you people complaining? Why not wait until the Number killed under Buhari surpasses the number killed under Jonathan?

What a Disaster!!!

OP,

But the herdsmen killings were even worse before Buhari. In 2010 Fulani herdsmen killed 500 in a single attack in Plateau state.

In 2014, over 1,400 in different attacks

In 2012, 200 in attack by Fulani and reprisal attack against them in two fights between Fulani herdsmen and farmers

He is not silent, they sent police for land and air surveillance.

Again this attacks were worse before Buhari, the media and online politics failed to make them known then.

In 2010 for instance, they killed 500 in just one attack.
