I do not know if this is a new development with gtbank,since 30th of december my available balance is short of 4000 compared to my current balance which was suppose to be my real balance,i went to the bank to complain i was told it will be resolved on monday,only for me to check my mail here is the reply i got "Thank you for contacting Guaranty Trust Bank. Your request 18010426714 - Blocked funds for System Error/Network Issue has been closed".
I checked my account balance only for me to see that the matter has not been resolved
