Job Title: Quality Control Personnel

Job Requirements:

Must be HND/BSc holder in Food Sciences & Technology or Biochemist or Microbiology

Responsibility:

1. Ensure that all operators achieve at least 90% efficiency on their assigned machines on all shifts.
2. Ensure that machines produce 2.5% or less scrap daily.
3. Ensure that first piece approval is signed off on by the quality control personnel for each machine on each shift.
4. Ensure that information is recorded and conveyed according to or better than expected standards in terms of completeness, accuracy and compliance.
5. Assist in the implementation and maintenance of company policy, procedures and culture protocols.
6. Registration of the company products and liaising with different regulatory bodies for the company.
7. Ability to handle chemicals in a safe way.
8. Execute special projects or assignment as allocated by management.
9. Exhibit accuracy and focus on getting things right the first time.
10.Ensure all work is completed before or by the deadline and on budget.

Qualifications: BSc/HND
Experience: 2 years or more

The important criteria is having experience in Quality Assurance or as a Quality Officer.
