JOB TITLE:FILLING STATION ADMINISTRATOR/MANAGER

Purpose of role
Virgin Forest Energy Limited is a wholly owned Nigerian and well capitalized energy downstream oil trading company and is seeking to recruit Filling Station Manager that will manage daily operations of the station at owerri.

Responsibilities:
Plan, direct and evaluate the operations of the fuel station
Manage staff and assign duties
Determine merchandise and services to be sold, and implement price and credit policies
Resolve customer complaints
Enforce all corporate, local, and state policies and procedures
Meet budgeted productivity while keeping quality consistently high
Create and maintain employee schedules
Utilize and cooperate with required customer appreciation and incentive programs
Develop and implement marketing strategies

Educational requirements:
Must possess a minimum of HND in any related field.
Experience requirements:
Candidate should have at least 3 years managerial experience.
Enthusiastic and positive personality.

Desired Skills:
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Passion for growth and success
Able to work in a team environment and individually
Computer proficiency especially in Microsoft packages.
