Let him consult an existing filling station owner of the cost of operation as it's more than the structure. From my gathering, outside purchase of land - it could cost him (estimate) I5 - 500m naira. The given cost depends on the following I. Number of pumps ii. The type of building or structure he may desire iii. Other business to be considered right inside the station e.g. gas , car wash etc The list is endless 3 Likes |

If you don't have the heart of an agbero you better forget it. Is not about building a filling station with pumps, radio and decorating to attract; is about getting the product without being naive of the excessive meagre charges of those mad men at the depot. A friend who had a station never knew his neighbor who does the same business within same location with him always pay those boys at the depot to make you he never or loads after he's done selling four trucks. He sells every four tankers before my friend can be loaded. Use your brain. This country is too rough for business. 2 Likes |
