The services of the under listed candidate required in our client’s bakery outlets located in Port Harcourt.

Position: bakery supervisor BKS/001

Responsibilities:
• Responsible for running the day-to-day operation of the bakery.
• Display strong ability to drive growth and increase sales.
• Supervises and coordinates activities of workers engaged in mixing, dividing, molding, and proofing of dough, and in baking, slicing, and wrapping of bread, pastries, and other bakery products.
• Have sufficient knowledge of all products.
• Anticipate customers’ needs and fulfill it.
• Ensure constant maximum customer satisfaction in the outlet.
• Must have strong analytical / numeric skills.

Requirements
• Strong leadership experience in a supervisory or managerial role.
• Strong understanding of baking or food science and operations.
• Thorough knowledge of Excel, Word, and Windows.
• Strong and effective communication skills – written & oral.
• Strong organizational and problem solving skills.
• Understanding of manufacturing processes.
• Strong and effective hands-on supervisory capability within a production environment.

Qualification:
• BSc / HND
• 3-5 years’ experience in a bakery environment is also desirable.

Remuneration
• Starting from N50,000
