Ifako Ijaiye Local Government Area Office situated at the Old NRC Building, Bola Ahmed Tinubu Way, Iju was once again a reference point of historical perspective as the Executive Chairman, Apostle Oloruntoba Oke, in an event witnessed by members of both the executive and legislative as well as many high ranking members of the society, media and the general public signed some bills of importance to the LG passed by the Legislative Arm into law.

Some of the bills are highlighted below:

*Bye-Law Renaming of college/General hospital way to Barr. Kunle Fadipe Way




*Bye-Law Converting some roads to one-way drive and one-side parking.

*Bye-Law for the Provision of internally generated revenue through ‘park and pay’ with a token and ticket/no parking/towing zones.

*Bye-Lay relating to Routes prohibition and control of motorcyclists activities.

*Bye-Law on Construction of falling drainage before/after house building by landlords/ladies, developers and caretakers.

*Bye-Law on Location of Fire Service Center in Ifako Ijaiye.
