Nice one. Which is why I support full resource control for the oil producing areas of Nigeria. Why would oil in Delta state be used to fund federal projects in Osun or Nasarawa states? Are Offshore oil wells also part of a community ? Is Oil the only mineral resource in Nigeria, why are Nigerians not asking the government to change the laws on Mining so that State governments can harness mining lucrative minerals in the quest for development ? Haganah:Oga it's not a matter of resource control but rather resource management. Qatar's oil wells are not located in Doha province, yet they managed to get every region developed due to prudent management and foresight. |
