I've heard on different occasions how being generous (to the less privileged specifically) has helped a lot to be a successful individual in this world of ours, but some persons would advice you to be own your own and never interfere in anyone business cos if you do so some persons or set of people whom you're trying to help in your little way will try to bring you down one way or the other

what's your take on this?
