The Indegenous People of Biafra IPOB has lost the bid to reverse proscription of IPOB by the Federal Government at the Federal High Court.

According to report, the Acting Chief Judge of the Federal High, Justice Abdu Kafarati, resolved all the three issues tendered before the court against the proscribed group.

Justice Kafarati squashed the contention of IPOB’s lawyer, Mr. Ifeanyi Ejiofor, that the group is not registered in Nigeria and could not be sued in Nigeria.

Justice Kafarati likened IPOB to a foreign who could be arrested when he commits a crime in another country.

The judge also held that the issuance of the proscription order by him in chambers following an ex parte application was in accordance with the provisions of the Terrorism Prevention Act.

The judge awarded the sum of N500 as cost against IPOB.

Nonsense.
What matters is that Ipob is not seen internationally as a terrorist organization.
They have an office in Spain, Germany,,London, USA etc.
This tactics of Nishitholeria is dead on arrival.
We are not interested in being together,
We are tired of this colonial failed experiment.

The ANC in south Africa was once labelled a terrorist organization, the US called mandella a terrorist not untill recently,we all know how it ended.

Nnamdi Kanu or Igbos wont bring Biafra,Nigeria and Nigerians will.

Nigeria will collapse under its own self-weight by the actions, reactions and inactions of Nigerians.

THE LAND OF THE RISING SUN MUST SET FORTH AT DAWN.

comparing Ipob to fulani herdsmen is like spitting on the graves of thousands , this herdsmen have killed, and the tragic part is that , Buhari's Government isn't making plans to label 'em a terrorist group .

Let's stop comparing death with sleep abeg.

Ipob did advocate for violence but the never went through with it.
i'll rather have a guy who talks about killing around, than a guy who kills without talking about it.

Before buhari's intervention, the same court declared IPOB a legal organization in Nigeria.

After Buhari's intervention and manipulation of the justice system, the court has come out with this rubbish statement that they are a foreign organization

Rather IPOB leader, Nnamdi Kanu advocated for SELF_DEFENSE

NEMESIS IS ALREADY CATCHING UP WITH THE ZOO.
Yesterday was bokoharam.
Today is fulani herdsmen.
Tomorrow ... hmmm ... the worse is yet to come until they learn to face the truth. Until they tell themselves who the real terrorists are.
Benue people turned their backs on Biafra ... someone please epp me ask them how they fair now with their darling Nigeria.
No one stands on the way of him whom God has blessed.
Biafra must come. Nigeria is to small to stop God's project.
Just like the Egyptians in the days of the ancient Isrealites, Nigeria is going through their nine plague before they can let the children of the Most High go.
This is just the beginning.

IPOB Lawyer Ifeanyi Ejiofor actually expected this. He said that there was a chance that Justice Kafarati would not like to reverse himself based on the exparte order he issued. Thats why Ifeanyi Ejiofor said that the case would be best resolved at the appeal court where the biased Kafarati would have no say.

Either way, the judgement cannot stand. On to the appeal court.
