Who agrees with me that if IBB really aspires to be president, he should use his looted funds to fix electricity for Nigerians first?

All political officials (past and present )in Nigeria have looted, IBB retuns to Aso Rock may put an end to all the issues associated with corruption. .
Nigeria needs a very hard and serious person, not a fragile person . with the mult-ethnicity any new comer would try but fail and start looting, IBB has that experience . . . He as Failed once and can't afford to fail twice, Nigeria needs an experienced President, that's why OBJ and Yar adua administration isn't comparable . . .

Answer the question, dude. Looks like IBB has recruited you already as a disciple. Why would you accept to do anything for money? Is it only IBB that is strong and has experience to rule Nigeria. Lawyers say if you want to come to equity, you must come with clean hands. You cannot hold to your loot, leave Nigeria in darkness and still want to become president

Should he return his loot first or not?

I cant seriously believe in this lifetime Nigerians or any human for that matter would come out vehemently supporting IBB. A man that desperately tried to stop civilain rule now craving to enjoy from them sweat and blood of people that fought him and his ilk.
Shocking.

Nigerian Dictator Stops Return to Civilian Rule

y CompiledCynthia Hanson / June 24, 1993

NIGERIA'S military dictator voided the June 12 presidential elections yesterday, again blocking the country's return to civilian rule.

"These steps were taken to save our judiciary from being ridiculed and politicized locally and internationally," said a military decree signed by the ruler, President Ibrahim Babangida.

The results of the elections, which apparently were won by business tycoon Moshood Abiola, had been ordered suppressed by the Abuja High Court on June 15 after supporters of General Babangida claimed they were rigged. Yesterday's ruling did not say whether new elections would be held.

Babangida had promised to end the military's decade-long grip on power on Aug. 27, but was suspected of planning to derail the transition. He has ruled since 1985, when he toppled another military regime.

Nigeria, Africa's most populous country, has been under military rule for 23 of its 33 years of independence.

The elections were widely criticized. Mr. Abiola and his rival, Bashir Tofa, another wealthy industrialist, were close friends of the general, who created their political parties and banned other factions. Despite his friendship with Babangida, Abiola had declared himself the winner. He drew broad-based support even though turnout was estimated at only 30 percent.
