Hello I want to buy 2013, 2014 or 2015 Mercedes-Benz GL 550.

1. Car Must be foreign used and never been used in Nigeria.

2. Car Must be free from floods and accidents.

3. One dealer is telling me to go to Cotonue with him but i thought that route is closed? Is it still legal and possible to bring in such cars from Cotonue?

Foreign used, never been used in Nigeria, free from floods and accident, your best bet is to buy directly from source-the US- through me. Pictured here is an offer for a 2013 version. Landing cost is 12M to Lagos port of entry.

Conncet with me on WhatsApp +436602306454 where we can explore other available options as well.

It's illegal but they can help you fly it into the country(not by plane ooo they'll take the car through some routes from Cotonou to naija safely) and you can go and do duty at apapa port and u can register it after then. But it's not safe though, custom can burst ur package at any time.

Bro i am a law abiding citizen and I don't have guts. I can't afford to buy this type of car and then not be able to afford the custom duty.

I don't want smuggled car. If it's legit to still buy cars from Cotonue pls tell me the exact clearing costs. Pls No flying bro

Bro thanks for this great offer but I don't want pre order. It will take at least 4 or 5 weeks for the car to each my hand. I prefer car that is already in Nigeria. I can consider Cotonue if it's legal

Yes you are right. Pre-order will take at least 4-5weeks for the car to reach you. There's the school of thought that says it's worth the wait. If you change your mind, let me be the first to know

Is it still legal to buy cars from Cotonue? Someone is telling me that its better to buy from Cotonue but I thought that route was closed last year? Can anyone of you confirm for me pls or should I create a new thread in that regard?

I Also would like to know the correct duty cost for this car, just incase I decide to buy from Cotonue. I want to pay complete duty but i also do not want to be ripped off.

Yeah another problem is me not seeing/inspecting the car that is being bought for me.
Anyways who has pre ordered cars through you? Any references?

The Inspection part is one I take quite seriously as well. The selected car will be fully inspected by one of my certified mechanics and a full report, pictures, and condition of the car will be sent to you before a purchase decision is made. Example in this thread below:

Many have pre-ordered with me over the past 3-4 years. Some examples are here below:

Thanks for the references you provided.
Do you have any idea how much is the custom duty or clearing cost? I need to have this info before deciding whether to buy locally or pre order.

Also, do you plan to buy this from car auction or direct from car dealership.

The plan is to buy directly from the car dealership. With regards to Custom Duties, Adexfem (who's also a member of this forum) is the *go-to* guy. He might not be the cheapest but he definitely knows exactly what he's doing and follows only the official legal way. I'll reach out to him on the cost for this vehicle
