Rule 1: When shopping on the Internet,if you don't want to buy fake designer ties, know your seller. The longer the history, the better the feedback, the greater the assurance of authenticity! Confident bidding, because seldom-built sellers intentionally list a fake defilement of their reputation.
Print: The silk twill tie prints the same way as a scarf, averaging seven frames or colors each.
Fold: Hermes twill tie back has a "dovetail" fold features, and most of the fake ties are simply stitched together. Flip the tie and observe the seam, with the right side of the seam fitting into the groove formed by the fold on the left side of the seam. Unless the tie is rearranged or changed, it should always exist.
Stitches: Under the "dovetail" fold on the back of the replica ties, there is a small loop that runs through the silk lining about 1/2 "to 1" long. Hermès is the only tie manufacturer in the world that uses a single line from one end to the other (this line goes through the entire length of the tie, then back, and can also be found on the narrow end). Then use a single suture tie, do not tie. This single needle covers the back folds of the tie and can be used to gently fit the seam, loosening over time. replica ties often use less elegant heavy sutures to secure the edges of the back of the tie.
Complete: In the finishing line, fake ties tend to be shiny and stiff, while a true Hermès tie is more subtle and matte in appearance. This understated effect gives the rare elegance of other ties.
Feel: If you have a chance to walk your fingers, just feel the fabric: A brand new Hermes tie will have a firm, almost stiff feel, and a soft, rich, supple fabric over time. Fake ties are a heavy feeling; the real tie is lighter.
Width: A ten-year-old Hermes tie is 3 1/4 inches wide, a 15-year-old Hermes tie can be 4 inches wide and the old tie is rather narrow. Most Asian fake ties are wider than the current standard 3/5/8 inch (9.1 cm, tending to shrink again ...). However, since these are done by hand, the dimensions do vary. The new standard for Hermes replica ties seems to be 3 inches (8.1 cm).
Prejudice: Once upon a time, every printed and numbered Hermes tie has a tendency to twill in the same direction. If you are looking at a tie, imagine the face of the watch, twill just from 11 to 5 (scarves tie is 8 to 2). This is important because many fake ties have a twill pattern that is a mirror image of the correct pattern; take the time to properly identify this property and become familiar with it. The new heavy twill tie pattern is 8 to 2, just like a scarf tie.
Structure: The Hermès tie is made from just 2 pieces of material, cut by hand and joined in between, instead of the 3 pieces most commonly used by others. A piece of "Barkham" lining gives the shape of a tie and is attached to the silk for stability.
Lining: The self-adhesive interior silk lining on standard Hermes ties has the same color as the neckline, while the twill stretches horizontally. The raised "H" linings commonly found on fake ties are certain models that are specific to Hermes ties (scarves, heavy silk Lourde and Facconnee); the correct lining of a printed twill tie is solid and is the same as the primary color of silk Match. Hermes tie lining always with the front of the tie or background color match. If you see a real print tie, and HHH's lining is utilized, they are fake ties.
Code: All authentic Hermes whimsical and geometric ties have an alphanumeric code on the inner edge of a narrow spot about 5 inches from the pen tip. Carefully study these codes ... It will contain a two-, three- or four-digit number representing the pattern code, followed by two letters representing the design plant. The tie reference printed on the back of the small square corresponds to the design number, and the letter indicates the mark of the craftsman who completed the tie by hand (urban legend). False often, inexplicably, add more numbers or some other confusion. The enclosing rectangle usually (but not always) matches the previous color; it will always read "Made in China" above the code and "100% SOIE" below the code. Also note that the almost square box on the other side of the replica ties are about the same size as the code box because it will read "HERMES" on the smaller "Paris" and the colors of both boxes will match. Scarves, heavy and solid twill fake ties are an exception to this formula because they do not have an alphanumeric name. The labels on these ties will be bigger than the labels on standard twill ties and read Hermes Paris. Twill is also different, from 8 to 2 levels.
