According to multiple trending reports, these Fulani herdsmen were caught with guns at about 2am today on their way to Okpe community in Akoko Edo LGA in Edo state. The herdsmen were apprehended on their way to allegedly attack the community, sources reveal.

They were caught by a vigilante group and handed over to the police in Igarra area of the state.

I actually ignored when I got a whatssap message from a friend on this , yesterday afternoon, never knew it was true and it, it was actually about a warning on a reprisal attack by this monsters. pls my people of akoko edo we should be extra vigilante and b security cautious from hence forth and lets look for a lasting solution to end this

These do not look like Fulani herds men. They are Hausa hunters. They go around during dry seasons for hunting. Fulanis on the other hand, have long faces and most of the times, keep beards and tall.
