An Unidentified man in a video shared by one Chidi Cali on Facebook, has attacked Governor Rochas Okorocha over his new ban on Marijuana and other hard drugs in the state. The man, speaking in Igbo language, insulted the governor saying that 'God will punish him and he will be the first to go to prison'. He also accused the governor of being a drug addict.
