I'm light skinned, I have an oily face, my skin has been darkened by excessive sunlight

Also, I used to scrub my face harshly with a sponge (but I've stopped that)

My shoulders, biceps and thighs are all light, but my arms, face and feet are very dark due to excessive exposure to sunlight

Pls how do I return my body to its normal color

Any ideas?
