A short video highlighting the chest transformation of HHH, the picture in the thumbnail is probably the only picture available in the whole world which shows his gynecomastia. The picture is from 1990 at bodybuilding competition from what I have gathered and he has it surgically removed not long after and just before he joins the world of wrestling.
