The security vote is used or at least supposed to be used for helping the various federal government security agencies. All state government periodically buy vehicles and other properties and hand it over to the security agencies which they don't control.

He can do many things, his primary assignment is to secure lives and properties in his states which one of them is to equip the police in the state very well, moreover, he collect security votes from Abuja every month, what is he doing with the money, he has actually succeeded i puting the blames on PMB.
