Welcome to the 2018/2019 CAFE'S Like we said earlier that this year planting season will be solely base on our new 4 year model but due to constant calls and pleas not to abandon in entirety our previous model of 70 - 30 sharing modek and taking in to consideration the fact that the purchasing power if individuals have drop drastically, we decided to float both models to the general public to chose which model best favours them MODEL 1 70 - 30 SHARING FORMULA In this model, the client pays 70% of the cost of cultivation of the total farm he/ she can effectively manage while we foot the remaining 30%. Once harvest and sales is made, and total cost of investment is deducted, to balance is shared in same sharing formula of 70 - 30 Total cost of cultivating 1 acre of cassava #110,000 per acre Minimum slot 5 acres Maximum slot As many as can be effectively funded Total cost of investment on 5 acres #550,000 Total cost of investment by investor #385,000 Total cost of investment by S.I.G. #165,000 * Duration is 11 to 13 months ** All payments must be made in full be4 commencement of the project *** pls note that b4 any monetary transaction is carried out, legal documents must be signed by both parties MODEL 2 THE 4 YEAR PROJECT This model involves a long term investment plan which pays percentage returns on ur investment over a period of 4 years. It us a 250% returns on invest.
