The twist to this however, is that, it is not only about how much engagement a post receives but how quickly a post receives its engagement. What they have done is, they make your new post appear to only a small percentage of your audience (10%), once they see that it has received a sizeable amount of likes within a short period from these small audience, they then push it to your remaining audience to engage with
