If i power it on it will ask me to select language after that it will display searching for WI-FI networks for almost 1hour without finding any and also refuse to bring up the homescreen. Pls what could be the problem. Phone model: itel s31

Itel is a bad product,av told people times without number to desist from buying itel

Do a hard reset to make sure you remove any unwanted apps from your phone. In this way, you will leave only the factory level apps and you will be able to check if the phone is faulty or if you had a bug in it.

Look for ways connect the phone to hot spot.. its a one time thing.
