Oga, which road was blocked? I can't see any blocked road here. The only road I see here is the drainage directly in front of the man in green top. Except if that is where you wanted to pass. You saw muslims praying, took a picture then post it on nl that this is how religious crises start. And I doubt if the owner of the fenced compound has issues with that. Your religious fanaticism has obviously replaced your sense of common sense. When both ends of a major road are encroached in the name of praying and pedestrians have to share the only narrow path with vehicles coming from both directions plus the traffic gridlock doesn't constitute a road block , please spill out your definition.

Oga, I know your common sense has not been replaced by religious fanaticism, but show us which major roads have been encroached in the name of prayers. What I see here is a picture of muslims praying behind a fenced building. I cannot see any road here. Even the ground is showing concrete interlock.
