Guilt is a matter of proof beyond reasonable doubt, which can only be done in a court of law. Chukwuma's guilt as u put it can only be determined by a court of law and it is for EFCC to prove it and not to duplicate his trial. It is an abuse of court process, if the same trial for the same alleged offence is b4 anoda court of law.
As for the bench warrant. The FHC in Lagos was wrong to issue it on the basis that Innoson Boss held the court in contempt by failing to appear before the court, without first resolving the issue of its jurisdiction to try the matter and to punish for contempt.
In a general sense, that is the procedure. However, were wat is in issue is the jurisdiction of a court to make an order in respect of contempt, then the court must first resolve the issue before going ahead to make any order.

An arraignment can only be said to take place wen the charge has been read to the Accused/Defendant and the accused person takes his plea. To object to the irregularity of the charge after plea, amounts to a waiver of the right to so complain. Q.E.D.

Oga Inno, attack efcc with multiple legal actions, challenge the jurisdiction of the Lagos court that issued a bench warrant for your arrest, drag it to Supreme Court, then write petitions outside Nigeria shouting for abuse of human rights. Over attack is the best defense.

You are joking with your last statement right? The orders of the court stands unless overturned by a higher court.

The argument of a counsel is not a court judgment. You are making it sound as one.

As at the time the counsel was making the argument, there was no order from the court. The order was made after the counsel's argument was discountenanced by the court. The issue was the absence of the defendant in the face of a criminal charge. If the order was made before counsel's argument, wldnt it be absurd? Yes it wld, as counsel wld be asking the court to sit on appeal over its own decision/order.
