This Prof. Shagay must be a madman.Even at his own age,is he supposed to be in service? Look at him and Buhari looking forward to be re-elected again. An expired drug nd an expired company. Two undeveloped minds. The youths of this country should flush out all these old for nothing politicians.

To my own view the young needed on the affairs of the country is not the 20 year old kind but 45 or 50 years above.

Despite their young age, what positive impact did they make on Nigeria? How many state Governors speakers etc were under forty? What can you point to as their achievement? Can you attribute anything they achieved to their relative young age?

While the likes of Dino, Bankole, GEJ, Gen IBB, Farouk Lawan, Bello Kogi, etc are not good examples of the kind of youths we clamour for, how about the likes of Fashola, Tinubu, Ambode, Duke, Akinwunmi, Gowon, Peter Obi, Obiano, Ribadu, Awolowo, Azikwe, Gen. Idiagbon, Gen. Buhari (then he had Idiagbon in-lieu of this Kyari demon), Gen. Murtala, Yar'dua, Fajuyi, Dora Akuyili (arguably one of the most patriotic Nigerian ever), etc. . . . they were all in their 40s or thereabout when they did well respectively. While they all have their flaws and not angels per se, I doubt if we've had older ones than them do any better.

You have just confirmed what the Prof said. The people you listed were not prevented from becoming leaders at one time or the other in this country. Jonathan was about 50 years old when he becomes the VP and later President. Nobody is preventing the Youths from running from office.

By implication, what the prof means is that his 40 or 30 something years old child is not qualified to hold public office of Governor or president? Meaning his children are also failures too, just as he is a failed father serving a failed government
