Hon Chugbo Enwezor was born into the family of Late Akunne James O. Enwezor of Daike Anyo kindred, Umuaroli village Onitsha. His educational career started with his passing the First School Leaving Certificate and West African School Certificate Examination. He got his L.L.B. from Obafemi Awolowo University Ile Ife and B.L from the Nigeria Law School Victoria Island Lagos. He has worked in some reputable law firms in Nigeria and as a diligent member of the Bar, was once elected Vice Chairman of NBA Onitsha Branch. He was a member of the 2006 High Court of Anambra State Rules Review Committee and also member of the 2009 Anambra State Criminal Law Review Committee headed by Hon Justice Peter C. Obiora which provided the template and necessary legal expertise which ushered in the current Anambra State Criminal Procedure Law (2010).

Hon. Barr. Chugbo ENWEZOR presently holds prominent positions in various committees in the Anambra State House Of Assembly which bear eloquent testimonies to his unquantifiable commitment, undiluted integrity and respect, incontestable humility and competence and unquenchable dedication and passion for the common good.

Over the years, HON. BARR. CHUGBO ENWEZOR has garnered a deep understanding of what Anambra needs to function, he has the right orientation and is fully equipped with the requisite experience.

HON. BARR. CHUGBO ENWEZOR shines like a meteor easily identified with the best in Law-making. He is a devout Christian and an exemplary husband and is married to Mrs. UCHE ENWEZOR (new Amene) a Senior Town Planning Officer in the Federal Capital Development Authority (FCDA) Abuja and is blessed with children.


HON. BARR. CHUGBO ENWEZOR is currently representing the good people of Onitsha 1 Constituency at the State of Assembly for the second time and is aspiring to be the Voice of Onitsha North & South constituency at the Federal House Of Reps in 2019.
