Not to burst your bubble, how have you combatted the challenges of the tracker as its called.
Let me mention some of its challenges.
1. What form of tracking is available, GPS or mobile network triangulation. A GPS tracker needs to have a GPS antenna and thief knows it. You cant hide a GPS antenna and that is a clear info for thieves. To disable it is simply to yank it off. A mobile network tracker just needs a network scrambling device to disable it or they just take your phones and drop you off where you cannot get access to a mobile phone and they have a head start.
2. A voice listener still needs network.
3. A geo fencing still needs one of the options and it can be disabled
In fact, every function of a tracker either depends on mobile network or gps both of which are unreliable.
Is it not safe to assume that the safest security is the factory installed immobilizer. When you get robbed at gunpoint, no security is effective unless the robbers are novices enough not to make sure a tracker is disabled. |
