Vacancy: Sales Manager at a Digital Marketing Agency
Location: Ikoyi, Lagos

A Digital marketing agency is currently looking for a high-performing Sales Manager to help meet their customer acquisition and revenue growth targets by keeping their company competitive and innovative.

Responsibilities
• Identify business opportunities by identifying prospects and evaluating their position in the industry; researching and analyzing sales options.
• Sells products by establishing contact and developing relationships with prospects; recommending solutions.
• Maintain relationships with clients by providing support, information, and guidance; researching and recommending new opportunities; recommending profit and service improvements.
• Identify product improvements or new products by remaining current on industry trends, market activities, and competitors.
• Achieve growth and hit sales targets
• Design and implement a strategic business plan that expands company’s customer base and ensure its strong presence
• Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs
• Develop and present sales, revenue and expenses reports and realistic forecasts to the management
• Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition status

Required Skills and Qualifications
1 to 3 years work experience in a digital marketing or advertising agency (Compulsory)
Good knowledge of digital marketing and advertising
Proposal development and Presentation Skills
Great networking and interpersonal skills
Successful previous experience as a sales executive, consistently exceeding targets
Must be committed to continuous education through online courses, sales books, workshops, seminars and conferences
Must demonstrate ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization
Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close
Strong business sense and industry expertise
Excellent mentoring, coaching and people management skills
