Job Description

The Account Officer is in charge of keeping and updating all relevant account records of the organization in a highly professional manner:
Preparing account books
Ensuring the organization’s income and expenditure are properly documented
Prepare and present the company’s annual account and financial statements
Review financial reports and documents
Ensure timely payment of bills
Recover amount established as being receivable including recovery of VAT
Liaise with the government authorities in regards to tax filing.
Assist external auditors during audit.
Job Requirement:
2-5years relevant experience.
Age range : 23-30 years old
BSc/HND in Accounting
Proficiency in the use of accounting software like TALLY, SAGE etc
Ability to work independently and accurate with figures
Good analytical skills
Good communication and presentation skills.

Job Title: Project Manager

Location: Lagos

Responsibilities
1Command an active role in the development of the safety culture of the construction management team. 2.Making safety a natural part of all work performed.
3.Develop the site resourcing plan and selecting/mobilizing the construction
management team.
4.Generate weekly and monthly reports to present to senior management.
5.Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects
6.Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget
7.Developing project scopes and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility
8.Ensure resource availability and allocation
9.Develop a detailed project plan to track progress
10.Use appropriate verification techniques to manage changes in project scope, schedule and costs
11.Measure project performance using appropriate systems, tools and techniques
12.Report and escalate to management as needed
13.Manage the relationship with the client and all stakeholders


Requirements
BSc Architecture, Urban & Regional Planning, Engineering or any other related field.
Proven leadership skills.
Must be skilled in documentation and report writing
Must have in-depth knowledge of process flows and planning
Must have at least 3-5 years cognate experience in a structured environment
Must be resident in Lekki or its environs.
Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multi-tasking skills
Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office
PMP / PRINCE II certification is a plus
