Hello ,to make 3D Animation does it have a special laptop or we can easily upgrade our laptop,however ,please is the any phone that could also be used for animation ,not just creating letters but like cartoon,which are motion picture ,that will could also voice over ,to male it live program, please I need more explanation from ,professors in the building please

It doesn’t need a special laptop for starters. But as you progress further you would see the need to upgrade. But, any decent system will do just fine for start. Core i5 or above, 8gb of ram, will get you through your learning process.
