ziga: The same govt that kissed PFIZERS ass to administer the drugs without ensuring that it was well tested and certified just cos PFIZER is a foreign company, now initiating the investigating after the damage has been done?(Medicine after death if u ask me). Does that govt action not seem worshipping/giving undue advantage to anything foreign? ziga: How will it be tested in the 1st place? when govt is footdraging and treating Referral sent to them about Abalaka witha long spoon. You and I know that non-govt minister will like the cure for HIV/AIDS to be credited to an ''ordinary nigerian like ABALAKA''. Its in our character. ziga: How can it be discovered by a nigerian when we have refused to fund even the person that has the potential and treating referral abt with scornefully? The right thing will be to support those with the potential to develop the cure. ziga: In trying times like that, the energy to continue will be determined by;- 1) You ability to get words of encouragement from your govt, relations and collaegues. 2) Get more funding from govt. 3) Govt to acknowledge your efforts from referral sent to them about your progress. 4) Geting of constructive criticism and not the type of ''Pull him down'' criticism from our former health minister(s) ziga: As if the foreigners our govt worships are not the principal offender of the bolded. Moreover, Making and learning from mistakes is the name of the game. The ''FEAR'' of mistakes shouldnt stop us from trying-- THATS ONE OF MY REASONS FOR ADMIRING DR. ABALAKA. How can we are so afarid of mistakes in this part of the world? Rather than advocating not making of mistakes, i will prefer us advocating learning from our mistakes and improving on our short comings. |

could it really be true? The year 1999 is considered the year of achievement and excellence for folk medicine in Africa and Nigeria in particular: the traditional treatment discovered by Dr. Abalaka, a Nigerian folk medicine practitioner, proved to be greatly effective in curing AIDS with an almost 100% success rate. This news was circulated amongst several news agencies, such as the BBC. According to an article that appeared in the Nigerian THIS DAY newspaper of May 13, 2002, the Nigerian government had refused to patent the cure.http://www.islamonline.net/servlet/Satellite?c=Article_C&pagename=Zone-English-HealthScience/HSELayout&cid=1158321473930 |

In an attempt to show his confidence in the newly discovered medication, Dr. Abalaka requested the Nigerian Medical Association to refer 20 AIDS patients to him. He treated these patients with the medication, and upon completion of the treatment, the Association confirmed that the patients were completely free of the AIDS virus. Interesting========== In order to remove any doubts about the medication, Dr. Abalaka asked to be injected with the blood of an AIDS patient and requested doctors to test him. The test proved that he was infected. He then subjected himself to his own treatment, after which he was again tested by doctors from the Association, who confirmed that he was disease-free Wonderful========== ^^^^^And then before you knew it the pull him down advocates(Phd holder) held a meeting and said over our dead body shall we allow a ''nobody'' like Abalaka to be patented with such discovery. |

i googled Dr Abalaka because i read somewhere that yesterday the cure for aids has been discovered by i think a german or in germany, not too sure and somehow i stumbled on this topic in NAIRALAND i've carefully read all the comments posted on this topic, and i've come to a conclusion that for Nigeria to move forward there needs to be a distinct separation of sheep from goats. its clear that a lot of people fail to see beyond the obvious and dwell on media facts and figures a lot of people have expressed their disgust with Abalaka especially from Violent and i've seen optimism in the likes of Chosen04. what i have to say is that positive thinkers like Chosen04 should not waste time trying to convince people that fail to see the cup as half full rather than half empty. exchanging opinions with them would only tire u, rather discuss the way forward with like minds and leave the critics till the final result is out WHETHER OR NOT ABALAKA HAD THE CURE, HE TRIED, AND HE SHOULD BE CREDITED FOR THAT. who knows, may be if he was given a little credit, that would've motivated other creative minds to set their own research in motion to come up with the cure assuming abalaka was wrong. ABALAKA was and is no scam artist because till tomorrow he is a well respected medical practitioner. http://www.examiner.com/technology-in-miami/scientist-believe-they-found-a-cure-for-aids-hiv http://abcnews.go.com/Health/video/german-doctors-claim-hiv-cure-12400343 https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=1SZHcK81Zlg https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=zL8NGLcK7m0&feature=related If Abalaka was right and all other local practitioners who claim to have the cure of aids were right, then i think once again africa has given the westen world the back bone for yet another great discovery, and guess who takes the credit, just like the case of the solar panel that started in ur very own back yard but i guess most of u didnt know that. 1 Like |

some time i asked myself , though i lived abroad sharing another country with Nigeria nationality, I am always proud to be called a Nigerian but the same problem our forefathers has it still repeating itself at this new age. if you condemn abalaka for standing out as a fellow Nigerian to prove he has a cure to HIV and did not believed him. Can i put it to you , have you got the virus and been to him for cure ? i am sure you will tell me,you know only your, friends whom has been their. OK the question is where is Dr Abalaka, some said in prison ,now silent, well at Sept 22nd 2009 , was in Ontario in Canada for one of the conferences, organised by Dr Alger Regan on prevention of the virus , But to my surprise was announced the name Dr Abalaka From west Africa (Nigeria), I was shocked and i do not know when i screamed. and here they presented him as one of the men who has closely discovered the ''HIV VACCINE'' , well try at once to be proud of Ur fellow country men and i am telling you the man lives now in Canada in all attempt to get close to him on that day after the conference proved avail, the body guards will not allow despite i told them i am half Nigerian. Well its up to u guys cos in some years from now , they might announce him as a Nigerian-Canadian citizen discover the cure to AIDS. After all he not eating out of our national cake (oil) |

Dr. Abalaka is a typical blackman who has an invention but wants to keep it to himself. A lot of money has been put into HIV vaccine research but it was only recently that success was recorded. None of the pharmaceutical companies have started selling the vaccines. Proper drug trials must be conducted to confirm their safety. Dr. Abalaka being a typical nigerian whose interest is how to make money had started administering 'HIV vaccines' that were not certified by any regulatory body to unsuspecting patients. Only God knows the damages he caused to them. His conduct was unprofessional and he was called to order by the appropriate authority to protect unsuspecting patients. With the availability of free antiretroviral drugs, it is not surprising that Dr. Abalaka's claim is no longer relevant. |

Re: Where Is Dr Abalaka? by Trachea: 11:38am On Oct 23, 2012 |
The HIV/AIDS business worldwide is worth hundreds of millions of dollars. Majority of these funds go to US industries that manufacture condoms, antiretroviral drugs, etc. Also to other agencies that organise seminars, workshops, trainings, etc worldwide. Do you know what a cure would do to these industries? KILL THEM. Thats what. So finding a cure to HIV/AIDS is not in the horizons despite reports of so called researches that give false hope. Its that simple. |

It is terribly embarassing to say this- but I could not even find this guy on the Internet, just because I misspelled his name. I have been looking for an "Abakalaka" all this while. I just found this article at: http://business.highbeam.com/3548/article-1G1-64061528/court-restrains-medical-council-investigating-abalaka Lagos (This Day, July 31, 2000) As you can see, even they seem to be in confusion as to how to spell Dr. Abalaka's name. What's up with that? What I cannot believe, however, is that someone else should have had to raise the simple point that you can't cure a disease with a vaccine. A Vaccine causes the production of antibodies against a class of infectious organisms, so that a person cannot become infected with that disease. A person who is already infected with a disease is already producing all the antibodies that they are ever going to produce. "Vaccinating" them will do nothing to help! @KINGUWUEM: Dr. Abalaka is a typical blackman who has an invention but wants to keep it to himself. I am sorry, but that statement is completely uncalled-for. You know the importance of this discovery, if real. It is like walking your sheep on a leash, through an Evil Forest surrounded by lions, cheetahs, leopards, panthers, jackals, hyenas *et al,* all of whom are ready to eat YOU and your sheep! Sir Arthur C. Clarke said: Any New Idea goes through three phases: Arthur C. Clarke is well known as a Sci-Fi writer- he is best known for 2001 - A SPACE ODYSSEY - which is better known for being associated with the Strauss Fanfare: ALS SPRACH ZARATHUSTRA. (Easily the World's most recognizable tune no one knows the name of.) He is known for the most significant idea you never knew who came up with since Alternating Current: THE COMMUNICATIONS SATELLITE- in 1945. He was denied the Patent on the grounds that no one could build such a thing. When it could be built, and was- by the Soviet Union, he was told that he could not Patent it because it had been published for over a year. So he invented the idea that Satellites could be used by subversive governments to undermine national moral fibre, by beaming unjammable transmissions of Porn into homes. (I REMEMBER BABYLON.) Which was also impossible when he wrote it (1965?), but an everyday thing today. He also wrote a story (FOUNTAINS OF PARADISE) in which a railway was to be built into Space. That was technically impossible then, as the material to build such a thing existed only in Quantum Physics Theory (Sir Clarke was an able Scientist, and well as a Science-Fiction author). That material was been discovered during his lifetime: BUCKMINISTERFULLERENE- Carbon-60. Within the last three years, a means has been discovered of manufacturing it in bulk. My point is that there is no goal that is impossible to attain, once people singlemindedly pursue it. Unfortunately, if you get there first, and someone powerful comes second to you, and does not mind assassinating you so they can pretend they discovered it first- surviving may not be an attainable goal for you. American, STANISLAW BURZYNSKI discovered natural blood constituents he called ANTI-NEOPLASTONS, that could destroy Cancer NON-TOXICALLY. Conventional Cancer treatment may pose a greater chance of killing the patient than the Cancer itself, and is horribly painful. The US Government and Medical Association tried to ban this treatment, and beat this man out of existence, even charging him criminally, and trying to jail him for 25 years- for making people well, and better than conventional therapy. Finally, they hired one of his research scientists- who may have been sent to him to spy on him from the beginning- who pretended to have originated his patented work, and re-applied for and got the same patent. Therefore taking the patent away from the man who laboured and suffered to make this knowledge available to all. (See: CANCER IS BIG BUSINESS.) People who are ignorant of what goes on in these circles, and in THAT country (WHY should it occur to anyone to LOOK for such information?) would find it hard to believe that anyone could be so wicked. But that is what goes on all the time. This is how Bill Gates and Steve Jobs got where they are today (sic). (I am well aware that Steve Jobs is dead, and Bill Gates is alive! That is consistent with Bill Gates' M.O. - see PIRATES OF SILICON VALLEY, starring Noah Wylie and Mark Anthony Hall.) If Dr. Jeremiah Abalaka's discovery is real, HE HAD BETTER TRY TO KEEP IT TO HIMSELF! It is his RIGHT and his obligation toward his people. 1 Like |

This HIV/AIDS where did it come from, was it a product of mixed chemicals in the laboratory that got into someone's blood? Did humans get from animals? Reports say it was 1st discovered in 1985 dec 7th, others say it 1st discovered as far back in 1908, where did this monster come from? Or is it a measure by some forces to control the world's population? |
