Any government that wants to fight corruption should focus on the civil service. That's where the real corruption is. Over 80% of government revenue generated in this country end in private pockets.

If you can reduce corruption and redundancy in the civil service by just 50% Nigeria would be great in no time. Politicians are learners compared to the civil servants and you need their collaboration as a politician to steal.
