Aruna Quadri is one of the standard bearers of Nigeria table tennis. In recent times, the talented, humble Oyo indigene has been the shining light in the armour of Nigeria table tennis and indeed one of the best African to ever play the Pingpong game. His participation in the African table tennis competition paved way for his way to prominence.

A native of Oyo in Nigeria Quadri Aruna was born on the 9th of August 1988.He attended the Oba Adeyemi high school Oyo. Earlier in his career he was a member of the Nigeria Security and Civil Defence Corps. He later represented his home state and the national team.

An integral part of the Nigerian bronze winning team at the 2014 Commonwealth Games.The 2014 International Table Tennis Federation Star Player of the year have grown in leaps and bounds in the sports of table tennis and he currently play professional table tennis in Portugal with Sporting Club
