Job Title: BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT EXECUTIVE

The individual hired for this position will focus on customer acquisition, lead generation and prospect management. He/she will be responsible for developing, marketing and generating new business deals for the Company.

Job Description:

• Developing and generating new business for the company.
• Maintaining client database.
• Scouting for and identifying potential clients with HR consulting need.
• coordinate business generating activities .
• Maintaining short and long term business development plans.
• Building and establishing good working relationship with existing clients and partners.
• Conducting research and analysis of the industry to identify areas with increasing demand and profitability.
• Developing and implementing strategies effective in increasing business opportunities for the company.

• Working with Management to determine the business development/ marketing budget.
• Working with Management on any other tasks that may emerge as a result of the growth of the Organisation.

Qualification Required:

• Minimum of Business or Marketing-related degree.
• A Master in Business Administration will be an added advantage.
• A minimum of 5 years experience in business development and maintaining marketing strategies.
• Proven experience in customer and market research
• Verifiable experience working with startups and fast growing companies.
• Proven entrepreneurial ability and capacity to identify business opportunities
• Business savvy
• Excellent use of MS Office package
