– 44 persons escaped death in the incident involving Dana Air Flight – No casualty was recorded and all passengers and crew disembarked safely, the airline said in a statement An aircraft belonging to Dana Air on Tuesday, February 20, overshot the runway of the Port Harcourt Airport in the Rivers state capital after it touched down. The aircraft, with number 9J0363, flew into Port Harcourt after taking off from the Nnamdi Azikiwe International Airport in Abuja. According to reports, the aircraft was said to have moved past a specified point unintentionally, which could be as a result of too overspeeding or that the plane was unable to stop.
