Reports reaching 247ureporters indicates the Consultant involved in the Paris club scam with a south east Governor is considering a Plea Bargain with EFCC.He was sighted yesterday at the EFCC office yesterday.Sources indicate that the consultant may have finally agreed for a Plea bargain to expose the link between the Governor considering that his case in the Appeal Court hold no grounds.
